- Outpatient Mental Health Center (OMHC)
Every situation is different and we know that no single solution applies to all. While we always strive to provide holistic support to our clients, we make sure that the services they receive are personalized based on their unique emotional, mental, and social needs.
Our psychiatric rehabilitation services are rendered by a professional team of psychiatric rehab specialists, certified social workers, and rehab coordinators.
Before a potential client can be admitted to Wisdom Healthcare Services, Inc., he or she must meet the following requirements:
- referral from a licensed mental health professional
- has a psychiatric diagnosis
- Requires a higher level of care
- expected to receive ongoing care at the time of referral
